30 consecutive days of vacation: when there are no more than 5 unjustified absences;
24 consecutive days of vacation: when there are 6 to 14 unjustified absences;

12 consecutive days of vacation: when there are 24 to 32 unjustified absences.

There are still cases in which the employee is not entitled to the vacation period, such as:
Leave your job and are not reinstated within 60 days of leaving.
