At the final stage, we have all the data to present the grading system in the form of a graph, which will clearly display all the positions available in the company, taking into account the hierarchical division.

When plotting a graph, you need to make sure that grades partially overlap each other. The presence of intersection points indicates the possibility of receiving a higher salary upon achieving good professional results. In other words, a worker who copes with his duties perfectly can earn more than a specialist whose grade is located one level higher.

In such a situation, the discrepancies should be corrected and the calculations should be repeated.

If all positions are within an even range (the so-called effective salary range), then all calculations were carried out with sufficient accuracy.
