Since 1938, the Institute of Lawyers has had a Special Commission to study commercial legislation and reform the Commercial Code.

Articles in Portuguese, English, French, Italian and Spanish will be accepted.

The texts will be evaluated in advance by the Editorial Board of Revista Forense, which will verify the compatibility of the content with the publication proposal, as well as the adequacy regarding the technical standards for the formatting of the work. Articles that do not comply with the regulations will be returned, with the possibility of resubmission in the next editions.

Articles approved in the first stage will be assessed by members of the Editorial Team of Revista Forense, using a Double Blind Peer Review evaluation system , preserving the identity of authors and reviewers and ensuring the impartiality and scientific rigor necessary for the evaluation of an article.

The members of the Editorial Team will decide whether to accept, with or without reservations, or reject the article and will observe the following criteria:
