The delegation of the Industrial Route project continues to visit enterprises in our region. This time, a motor oil plant has joined the project. This is a unique enterprise in the country with a long history.

"This is a finished product. The additive A22 is currently being produced, which is consumed mainly by Gazprom. The contract has now been concluded for approximately 840 tons by the end of the year for the supply of this product."

The company producing motor oils, lubricants and additives has been on the market for about 30 years. However, its rapid development has occurred mainly in the last 3 years. The production is distinguished, firstly, by the fact that it produces a full range of the entire assortment, from anti-wear to sulfonate or alkylphenol lubricants, and secondly, by the production technology.

Igor Kostyuk, Director of KVAT LLC: “Our capacity today is about a thousand bc data vietnam tons per month of finished additives and additive packages. In fact, through the rearmament that is planned to be carried out in the near future, we plan to reach 1.5 thousand tons. But this volume is very little to cover the needs of the Russian Federation.”

"Why are there 5-6 people working there per shift? - That's when we change filters, that is, cardboard for this, manual work. And for this, in fact, we have a process for loading phosphorus pentasulfide. In addition to the fact that everything is done here, people are on site in order to react in time in case of failure of some automatic equipment."

The next important room is the laboratory. Here, chemists check all raw materials coming to the plant, conduct operational analytical analysis of the so-called semi-finished products, and also monitor the quality of the finished product. But this is still not enough.

"Today, such equipment is available in quality control, and, in principle, we can only check by sending our products to quality control. But we really want to buy such equipment in our plans. Which, in fact, will make our work much easier, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, will probably increase, will probably increase, the quality control of what is happening with us."
