The analysis of the implementation of the regulations can be carried out directly during the implementation of the processes that the instructions are aimed at regulating. In this case, one of the employees must record the results of such an inspection. If the result is unsatisfactory, if there are violations of the regulations, this must be reported to the head of the enterprise and the HR department.
Employees whose work is regulated by a set of rules should have the opportunity to address management with their proposals for changing the instructions. They should be listened to. Such requests are not always dictated by laziness or unwillingness to perform their duties as expected. These requests may well contain sound ideas that were not taken into account when the document was adopted.
In order for the regulations to actually work, a number of rules must be followed:
the document must be twitter database publicly available to employees;
employees were familiarized with the provisions of the regulations and were tested for knowledge of the instructions;
Compliance with the requirements is constantly monitored by specialists.
Much here depends on the motivation of the employees. If the staff performs their duties with interest, is truly concerned about the results of their own work, then it will be much easier to implement regulations. And yet, you should not limit yourself to relying on the conscientiousness of employees, it is better to carry out targeted activities aimed at ensuring that the set of rules begins to be actually implemented as soon as possible.

Principles of creating a system of regulations in an organization
The quality of management processes in an organization is clearly illustrated by their systematicity and orderliness. In small organizations, regulations may be of a general nature. In large companies, there is usually a whole system of such documents, the number of which may reach several dozen per year.
These instructions must be constantly kept up to date; sometimes changes in one regulation require changes to be made to others related to it. The publication of a local legal act, which determines the procedure for handling them, allows all these documents to be brought into a single system. Most often, its creation is entrusted to the office work department.
In this work, you should rely on the following documents:
GOST R 7.0.97-2016 and Methodological recommendations for its application. They contain general requirements for the content and design of local legal acts (LLA).
A sample instruction on office work, which includes a block on LPA as an element of the enterprise's regulatory framework, on how its development should proceed and the procedure for its coordination and approval.
Dictionary of types of documentation. It allows one to distinguish one type of material from another depending on the tasks it is intended to solve;
Methodological recommendations on the technical and legal design of draft laws, which allow for compliance of LPA with legal requirements, as well as their design in accordance with accepted standards.
