There are several forms of regulations for the activities of an organization:

general strategy of the company;

organizational chart of the enterprise;

diagrams of interaction between various elements of the firm's structure;

administrative truemoney database regulations of the organization;

provisions on divisions;

job descriptions;

work schedule;

organizational and staffing arrangement;

internal regulations;

financing concept;

motivation statement;

technical regulations (for products);

provisions on the development of other sets of rules.

These instructions have a vertical structure, i.e. each of the lower documents is adopted in execution of the higher ones. The main regulations of the organization include the strategy and organizational system of the enterprise. At the lower level of the vertical are sets of rules for individual positions. A special place is occupied by the technological regulations of the organization for products. The procedure for the development and adoption of these provisions is determined by a separate procedural document.

The regulations are characterized by systematicity and internal consistency.

If the organization has a complex structure, then including in one such document both general norms and provisions for all its divisions may be a difficult and inappropriate task. In this case, it will be more effective to develop internal regulations for the organization, which will contain instructions for the entire company as a whole, and several concerning the activities of individual parts of the enterprise.

Structure of the organization's regulations

The same applies to similar documents for individual positions.

It is desirable that the regulation on the organization's regulations provide for the possibility of creating special instructions for various levels of the enterprise structure and their managers. In particular, a set of rules on the work of a department, branch, division can be drawn up. In the same way, for managers there should be a regulation on the director of the department, the head of the branch, the head of the department. With this approach, the effect of the general document extends to special ones, and changes in the basic norms will also affect those subordinate to them.
