I can't find a common language with management.

It's not that simple, we need to figure it out. Why do disagreements happen, and how often? To fire a person because of personal hostility means to show weakness. The boss himself should be interested in coping with the situation, learning something from it, and not losing an employee (often even a very competent and valuable one) because of his own incomprehensible ambitions. It also happens that the boss gets rid of a specialist who turns out to be smarter and more competent than himself. Then the question arises, why does the organization need such a boss and is it not wiser to fire him. Among other things, it happens that antagonists are forced to work together. In such cases, the most reasonable thing is to part ways immediately, without waiting for conflicts and problems.

The employee's behavior has a negative impact on the entire team.
Unfortunately, there are purchase shareholder database people who do nothing but sow negativity around themselves. Such an employee should be fired as soon as possible (but you need to find him first). How do such employees act? They constantly whine, complain, snitch, try to set some people against others (and against the boss). They also gossip during smoke breaks (that's why, by the way, the fewer smoke breaks, the better). Such a person is essentially a real pest: he himself is not busy with work (although he may even be a good specialist) and is also very distracting to others. There is only one way out: this employee needs to be fired, and the workload of others should be increased.
