In the first, it is considered in a broad sense and is defined as the philosophy and strategy of human resource management.
Employees (existing and potential) are treated as external/internal clients of the organization. The goals of personnel marketing are then the search for ways to optimize the use of human resources and its implementation. It is achieved through the most favorable working conditions that contribute to the full realization of the potential of employees, increasing their personal efficiency and loyalty to the company. The marketer must "sell" the enterprise to its own specialists, interest them in staying and working fruitfully for their own benefit and for the benefit of the company.
The broad interpretation of HR marketing is based on market thinking, which significantly distinguishes it from traditional administrative concepts of personnel management.
