I started my career working in Technical Support (Help Desk), I was there for 3 years before deciding to change areas.
How was your first day at Data IQ?
I came from a small SME: we were 4 people and the change was quite big. Luckily, the entire Data team was always willing to help me.
Can you give a brief overview of your experience working at Data IQ so far?
It's a big family. Something I've valued since day one is the teamwork and quality of the people who work at Data IQ.
You will always find someone willing to listen to you and give you a hand.
What does a “BI SSR Consultant” do at Data IQ?
The consultant's responsibilities are: to carry out taiwan phone number lead board development and design tasks, seek constant interaction with the client, help other colleagues and seek support from the team's SRs.
What challenges do you face in this role?
Become technically strong, be a point of reference for both the team and the client, have negotiation and leadership skills, improve estimates and planning of own tasks.
What made Data IQ the right place for you?
What tips the balance is the good working environment we have, something very remarkable.
How was your process from when you joined to the position you have today?
I came in knowing NOTHING about Qlik; I took training and little by little I grew. I have worked with several clients, which I think is very good for getting to know different business models, methodologies and also work teams. I have been with large groups and I have also been alone against the client hahaha, they are nice challenges in both cases.
Any random facts about you?
Umm... I played squash for a while, a rather rare and little-known sport: it is played with a racket (a little smaller than a tennis racket) and a small rubber ball.
Favorite Data IQ Merchandise
The DATA t-shirts and mug, in that order.
If you had to say 3 positive things about DATA IQ, what would you say?
The work teams, the work environment, the opportunity for growth.
If you could choose another profession, what would it be?
When I was younger I wanted to be a doctor, that could be it.
