b) the methods of calculation and payment of royalties, and any indication of a minimum income to be achieved by the affiliate;

c) the scope of any territorial exclusivity both in relation to other affiliates and in relation to channels and sales units directly managed by the franchisor;

d) by the affiliate to the affiliate;

e) any methods of recognition of the contribution of know-how by the affiliate;

f) the characteristics of the services offered by the affiliate in terms of technical and commercial assistance, design and set-up, training;

g) the conditions for renewal, termination or possible job seekers data transfer of the contract itself”.

Continuing the law on the commercial affiliation contract, article 4 (obligations of the franchisor) states verbatim:

“At least thirty days before signing a commercial affiliation contract, the franchisor must deliver to the prospective affiliate a complete copy of the contract to be signed, accompanied by the following attachments, with the exception of those for which there are objective and specific confidentiality requirements, which must in any case be cited in the contract.
