What is a shipping guide?
This is a tax document that must be issued in the event that the delivery of the invoice is postponed or goods are transferred, regardless of whether or not they correspond to a sale. They constitute support for the material or symbolic delivery of the merchandise.

Depending on the characteristics of each transfer, ios database can use different types of guides. The most common is the shipping guide for a transaction that constitutes a sale, but guides can also be formulated for sales to be made, internal transfers, free deliveries, sales for export, among others.

What information should a shipping guide include?
This document must include the following information:

-Date corresponding to the shipment or withdrawal of the merchandise by the buyer

-Date corresponding to the shipment or withdrawal of the merchandise by the buyer

The implementation of the electronic dispatch guide has generated several benefits for SMEs, which need to maintain a healthy cash flow.

These documents help to maintain better control over outstanding invoices and encourage shorter payment periods. This allows SMEs to protect their cash flow and ensure the continuity of their operations.

In addition, the digitalization of delivery notes represents a great saving of space, time and even money for companies. This is due to the fact that the so-called small expenses are minimized and costs in paper and printing ink are reduced.
