What is mentoring?
Mentoring is a way of learning in an organization through the transfer of an effective model of action. Thanks to the mentor's expertise and developmental feedback, the mentee grows professionally and personally.

At a certain point in the company's life cycle, there is a need for training and development of personnel. It is expressed in the following internal employee requests:

the desire for self-development is the desire to improve one’s professional skills, learn something new, master related fields or change one’s profile of activity;

the need to transfer expert knowledge and experience, to share them.

Mentoring unites these aspirations. A pair is formed from a mentor (a professional in his field) and a mentee (an employee who wants to learn and adopt experience from an expert).

Mentoring in the company is generally paid hourly. The amount varies depending on the qualifications and experience of the mentor: from 3,000 to 10,000 rubles per session. A session with a mentor invited for the director, covering key strategic issues, costs much more.
