Action. This stage of pilaf preparation involves the implementation of the plan, and its result will be a dish on the table.

Analysis. It's time to taste the pilaf. If it's not tasty enough, you need to analyze what exactly was done wrong and take this into account in the future. In addition, an assessment is made: was the pilaf ready by the scheduled time.

Objective: to improve the qualifications of a specialist.

Analysis. First, the manager evaluates the employee's sales (for example, based on his/her communication skills with the visitor). It is necessary to determine the specialist's strengths and identify skills that require improvement.

Planning. The manager and the employee together form a plan for the development of the latter's qualifications. It must include control points.

Action. At this stage, the specialist performs the actions provided for by the plan, and the manager conducts interim control. If necessary, the manager and employee jointly make adjustments to their work. After passing this stage, all elements of the plan must be completed.

Analysis. In conclusion, the manager carries out final research: evaluates the specialist's sales and records changes in his/her qualification skills that were planned. Then a report is generated on what has been achieved/not
