One of the most delicate aspects of this contract, however, is certainly the possibility of withdrawal, that is, the interruption of the affiliation relationship.

When an agreement is stipulated between franchisor and franchisee , what must absolutely be avoided is the withdrawal of the commercial affiliation contract.
An affiliate has the right to terminate the agreement when 99 acres data agreements are not respected, such as area exclusivity or timing of work material.
To avoid withdrawal as much as possible, the contract should be presented as a descriptive document that allows the franchisee to know everything about the affiliation proposal before even signing.
